Section 1 For the Judicial power in the country, The united states of America, should be concentrated on the courts all around the country, if not, congress may begin new laws. The judges who run the supreme court and the inferior court can hold their meetings, but only under good behavior and at stated times. The meetings should not get any smaller.

Judicial power can make treaties along with make laws for the United States. The judicial power has control of all cases concerning ambassadors, public ministers and consuls. Also it has the power over the controversies between two or more states. Also they have control over a problem between a state and other states citizens.
Section 3
Treason against the United States happens during war. Or when people give information that may lead to a war. A person should not be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same crime or act, or a confession in open court.The congress will have the power to give someone punishment of treason, but no one that has committed treason should be accused unless they are still alive.
